What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together as a family, and nobody ever says its not my job. We divide and conquer all task.

Code and Theory is a culture of sharing, we are constantly sharing ideas and information. We support each other and don't let each other down and genuinely care about one another.

Barely any communication within or between teams, but this is the standard that leadership has set.
