Code and Theory is a culture of sharing, we are constantly sharing ideas and information. We support each other and don't let each other down and genuinely care about one another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with a variety of individuals of all levels and disciplines which gave me a lot of insight into what Code and Theory's DNA is comprised of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have implemented a ton of programs that help boost overall morale and company culture. We are a culture of extreme collaboration, hard work, humility and knowing when to ask questions and to ask for help.
