It has been a good journey so far in 5 months.. only sad thing is my compensation. i wish i was paid a bit more than i get now.. really upset about my salary. i hope it will be considered and taken care of during the appraisals.

I am happy and proud to be a part of CR family. But as already mentioned finance team also should get market corrected salary every year so that we also feel valued. Being from the backend support team we are really undervalued. others perks and benefits are fine for me.

my team is workaholic and have never said no to any support we ask with the team or with other teams as well

I feel i was hired at a very less package. I do deserve more than what i get now for i am sure i am a good resource to the company

I hope my salary to increase as per the market. A market correction is very much needed in my case as i have total 5 years experience and still earning like a fresher

I could have been offer more salary for the experience that i have and for the value that i add to the team.. i still hope i would be given a proper hike this cycle

Our leadership team in all ways try to create a healthy environment which helps us being more productive and also give importance to our family.. Overall we have a good work life balance here at CR..

Me being from the finance team, our salary brackets are very less. I feel I am really undervalued here and that is my only disappointment. Hoping for a good change in the future. We should have market corrections every year so that we also feel valued and that our presence matters to our CR leaders.
