Initial days it was good as we were working with great team and getting right support from leadership. With change in leadership, it's not encouraging.

In the initial days, We had a great team and our leadership and manager did provide required guidance and helped us to achieve our goals.

We have been put into areas which has lot of problems and have inherited those with little help from the top management. our only support is from our manager. We are also moved into multiple projects with no recognitions which is frustrating,
