Overall I am happy so far, but the Sales/team should properly manage projects and team availability. We see sometimes that there is a gap between the customer and sales/delivery team where we are not sure how long we have when a project starts or ends. I feel this is the major room to improvement.

Overall, I am happy with the company, but we are struck to one project, having multiple projects give teams to be more flexible and managers on toes as talent is ready to take other opportunities instead of company losing the talent.

Overall, i am happy to be part of this company, however there is a constant fear of " Am i next" as the exit sometimes is brutal, witj no proper reasoning.
