Everyone's willingness to help out (other than my direct managers)
The ability to meet multiple potential managers in my department.
Feeling a sense of accomplishment in building every aspect of our company.
My colleagues are great at offering assistance that is needed, and that certainly does not come from my managers.
We are told we need more work, because we don't have enough to do, therefore, we should be paid more than what is offered during our annual reviews.
The executive team is great, and seem like they care about the company and our employees. As far as my direct managers, they should be replaced. They definitely have their favorites and hang out only on "one side of the cubicle" and offer help only to certain employees.
