What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company culture is based around the concept of "best idea wins" and that's something everyone truly believes. Also, our leadership has been AMAZING during the COVID pandemic, keeping us informed, and making decisions designed to keep everyone safe!

Since day one, I've been encouraged to explore and learn new skills that interest me in order to better serve the company goals. My managers' feedback is constructive and clearly geared toward employee growth in addition to company growth. Our leadership team infests daily in each team member.

What I appreciate most about the leadership team is the level of confidence they have in employees of all positions. There should be a high level of trust in all companies and when that's demonstrated, there's far less micro-managing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits package, including 401k matching.

Some official aspects of the compensation package might seem more restrictive compared to other companies, but practically it's much more flexible (at least in my experience). I've never run into an issue with vacation/sick if I needed it and have been pleased with their options for family leave.

By far the benefits are the best I've had compared to any other company! Additionally, employees can be rewarded leadership bonuses, which are performance driven.

We are told we need more work, because we don't have enough to do, therefore, we should be paid more than what is offered during our annual reviews.

My team brings a wide range of experiences to the table, but are all committed to the same success. We are all friendly and easy to get along with while still able to jump into action and meet new challenges with passion and gusto.

These are "A" players. Our team works hard and FAST to crank out projects and accomplish what needs to get done. At the same time, we genuinely care for one another and it's great to see friendships that foster. It makes the day enjoyable to work alongside friends and not just coworkers.

We know how to have fun while working hard. From Treat Fridays in the break room to inside jokes during team trainings, we keep things light and fun without sacrificing focus. The pace is quick and keeps you on your toes daily, but you're always learning, never bored, and laughing along the way.

Teamwork and checking your ego at the door. I love the ability to speak up and offer a solution to a problem and I'm not met with push back. If it's a good idea, regardless of where it came from, if it's the best idea we run with it. And that is encouraged.

My to-be manager (back when I was still interviewing) was constantly in touch with me throughout the process and assured me that they're doing everything they can to get the decision finalized as soon as possible. I don't think you see that kind of effort a lot out there in the job market.
