Their success led to opening stores in multiple locations across the United States, and expanding to offer online loans and financial services across the nation. The diversity among my immediate team is amazing. This is among one of the most talented and driven teams I have ever been a part of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork and checking your ego at the door. I love the ability to speak up and offer a solution to a problem and I'm not met with push back. If it's a good idea, regardless of where it came from, if it's the best idea we run with it. And that is encouraged.
