What is the best part about your compensation package?

When the package was put together it was certainly taken into account the necessity to afford medical services from regular doctor visits to a hospital stay. So appreciative for the coverage percent on services, it has helped extremely.

Nepotism exists within my department. It has been made known that if you are not closely associated with our VP and her immediate family, you will not be compensated fairly among those that are.

I work very hard and tend to work through lunch most days as well as at home as needed, usually at least 1 to 2 times per week after normal business hours. While I continue to accept greater responsibility and tasks I feel my compensation does not reflect this.

The VP of our department only favors one person on the team who also happens to be very closely associated with her immediate family. The VP does not acknowledge others existence on the team unless you hold a management position.
