What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is progressive and caring. While they may not always be in Wichita to see face to face, but the company has recently implemented company update calls and a newsletter which is helpful to understand the pulse of the business. My direct boss is also fantastic and easy to talk to.

CURO really does strive to take care of their employees. After all, this is how CURO best thrives. We have many employees, and I'm sure it's difficult to keep everyone happy, but in my experience, you do have a voice and it's being heard.

Every one understands we all work for the common goal. There is no "out to get you" or meetings about meetings feeling.

CURO has a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and beliefs...which is nice that basically anyone can fit in.

Was able to meet with many co-workers and managers, they all provided good feedback and advice to move through the process.

Interviewed by several individuals from different departments and was able to get a good feel for the company.
