I love the team I work with. We all have different strengths, but we are always working towards the same goal, and that is what makes us so effective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CURO really does strive to take care of their employees. After all, this is how CURO best thrives. We have many employees, and I'm sure it's difficult to keep everyone happy, but in my experience, you do have a voice and it's being heard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to meet my would-be management at my interview. It was a lengthier process than I was used to, but it gave me a fair idea of what environment I would be coming into, should we both decided to move forward.
