DNA has an amazing work culture, always taking excellent care of their patients and employees. I find passion in my role and I feel valued. I can share my ideas with management. It is a demanding job, high volume but the group always supports and assists each other.

I have enjoyed working at DNA. I like the culture. They value what I bring and show me that appreciation. My manager is great. The work/life balance is fair and appropriate. My only concern is the lack of upward mobility. Some roles seem to have upward mobility but others do not.

I have owrked with DNA for over 20yrs. I have great relationships with management and other employees. It is a family atmosphere. Management does a great job with communication and employee support. There are opportunites for advancement and tools used to incentivize employees.
