Diverse work force that can find support in many ways from all levels of the organization. Mentorship, educational reimbursement, reward are and recognition, and paid maternity/paternity leave are just a few examples.

Robust reward and recognition program that every employee and patient can participate in. Annual company meeting, employee appreciation day and kidney walk highlight a few of the fun and culture building activities.

There isn't any drama and everyone works well together.

Although most of the employees are working remote in certain departments, the culture that management sets up for all to interact makes it seem like we have open lines of communication with all employees.
