They genuinely care about and support each other as well as the employees and physicians that they lead. They are highly respected and truly lead by example.

DNA had been a home away from home the years I have worked here. I feel welcomed, valued and involved. Great experience so far
Always feels like they are for employees .
Our leadership team listens and while it's always appropriate to follow chain of command, the open door policy here doesnt just stop at immidiate management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not creating procedure protocol when they have never worked in an office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive base compensation with the opportunity for a significant bonus each year based on how our organization performs.

Annual merit increases and additional market adjustments when needed. Annual profitability bonuses and great reward and recognition program that provides financial incentives and paid time off,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As always, insuranc e is too expensive :(. That's not a fault of the company, it just is!

Team members have a become an important and integral part of my life I have made and found great friends, wisdom and company in my coworkers
Good team work/they make you feel you are welcomed and always feels you are an integral part of tram .
Teamwork, accountability and pride to name a few. When I joined this team four years afgo, I realized immidiately that I would have to "step up my game!"
