Their transparency and how eager they are to support me with my career goals. I truly believe this company was sent to me by divine intervention. It's one of kind! It's like Chick Fila of all nephrology companies. Exemplary service and care for all of its employees and patients. I love it.
Our CEO and leadership team set a great example for us and it's an honor to serve with them.

I don't think we have a program like that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As always, insuranc e is too expensive :(. That's not a fault of the company, it just is!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very positive and supportive. We have the best annual company parties. Great group of colleagues.
They are very experienced and I learn from them and truly enjoy working with them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People appear genuinely happy. Coming into the Corporate Office feels like church on Sunday. Everyone is smiling and welcoming. It is so refreshing.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My supervisor was so easy to talk with. There was an immediate comfort zone, and I probably shared more than should have in an interview. But I felt very comfortable. I can honestly say that I enjoyed the interview.
Getting to meet with a series of DNA leaders about our vision and the details of "getting there".

I work for a company that cares about helping people with CKD. It is rewarding and I am proud of the physicians I support. They truly have a heart for service.
What we do "matters" and improves the lives of patients with kidney disease. DNA "makes a difference" and we get to be a part.
