The fact that my now co-workers got to come in and be apart of the interview process. And that my boss valued their opinion of me during my interview. That was when I knew I wanted to work here.

There was a phone interview first, and the in person interview followed relatively quickly. I was interviewed by those I would report to, and was also able to meet the whole department when I came onsite for the interview.
