They strive to communicate with quarterly Town Hall meetings to help connect many different offices and roles. They lead proactively and humbly.

We work together to meet goals and deadlines. Everyone is considerate of each other. We strive to use each team member's strengths in the best way possible.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a phone interview first, and the in person interview followed relatively quickly. I was interviewed by those I would report to, and was also able to meet the whole department when I came onsite for the interview.
