I believe in and support the mission and culture of our organization and work in collaboration with a wonderful group of dedicated senior leaders. Together with our amazing staff, we are making a difference in the lives of our patients and the communities we serve.

DNA has an amazing work culture, always taking excellent care of their patients and employees. I find passion in my role and I feel valued. I can share my ideas with management. It is a demanding job, high volume but the group always supports and assists each other.

I have enjoyed working at DNA. I like the culture. They value what I bring and show me that appreciation. My manager is great. The work/life balance is fair and appropriate. My only concern is the lack of upward mobility. Some roles seem to have upward mobility but others do not.
