All I can say is I can't imagine being a part of another company. It would be extremely hard for anyone to math the benefits, opportunity, & culture that Datastax has and offers.

We are all a team. No one goes off labels or placement. I can ping anyone from any department and always receive the same level of care & respect.

I would say same as previous comment. No one is too "high up" to talk to you, communicate, say hello. Totally different than the other work places I have been apart of.

THE BEST compensation I have ever received from a company. Constantly being shown and told how much I am appreciated. I love the wellness benefit though for sure out of anything. Has helped me get back on track!
