What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership leads by example, they do not think mind getting their hands dirty or jumping in to help if extra support is needed. The leadership team respects their teams' requests, time off, etc. They never stop challenging us to be better and innovate in whatever we're doing.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team hustles while also having fun. None of us are afraid to hump headfirst into a new task and figure it out. We lean each other for support and this to me, is something I greatly appreciate. My team over-communicates which makes for a strong, united team that has visibility in many areas.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate each other's wins, whether that's through socialstax, our company slack channels, or through our Bonusly platform. It makes me day when someone highlights something i've done, and makes me even happier to do the same for others.

It's a healthy and mature work environment. You can work hybrid or remote and flexible working hours. I'm happiest when I am able to challenge myself in my role. I have helped in a few positions that required variation from day to day and find new ways of doing things and be creative.
