I really do love the people - there is a lot of hard work and a lot of laughter too.

I really do feel that I'm paid fairly, but I am also really impressed with the perks - $1K wellness benefit/yr and refresh days off for the whole company - they really do seem to care about their people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we don't have titles and that everyone is an owner of their process. It's okay to reach out to a LT member if needed, you don't have to weed through layers of people like you might have to do at other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do our best to hire people that fit into our company culture and embody our values and mission. It is nice to know we all have the same goals. And I've always been really impressed with how everyone has everyone else's back always someone willing to help when it is needed.
