I respect the leadership team's dedication to being transparent and communicating effectively. They ensure everyone is aligned with the company's goals and feels included in the journey towards those objectives.

The transparency, capability to still fail fast as we grow exponentially, and overall direction we are headed in! Plus, the Benefits are 100!!! To be honest, my wife wont let me leave because of them even if I wanted to, lol. So I guess it's glad I am firmly onboard and excited for the future!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

A mix between both the salary for the title of the role as well as the amazing medical benefits! Plus it definitely helps that they try to make sure we all at least get 2 weeks on top of the "Holidays" both public and private.

I like how the concept of managers and the whole hierarchy system (especially around startups) is obsolete. It's more about coaching others and removing roadblocks rather than delegating tasks to others.
