What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to talk to everyone on the team. The challenges were clearly communicated and I knew what I am stepping into.

Dynamic, eager, and responsible. My team helps with anything possible despite the fact some projects may not fall in my team's scope of responsibilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very strong leadership team which helps everyone to trust their judgment and decision. It's great to see how leaders empower and trust individuals to be part of the vision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how the concept of managers and the whole hierarchy system (especially around startups) is obsolete. It's more about coaching others and removing roadblocks rather than delegating tasks to others.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's great to see you get to work with great-minded people and can be challenged and grow every day. I like how we have a mission and reach milestones based on our plan.
