What makes you most happy at work?
When I as an individual contributor gets in a smoothly productive rhythm with my stakeholders around creating and enhancing our internal automation and public sites!
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a small but quickly growing team that really does collaborate across the world as fast as we all can its amazing to see all of the different perspectives melding into one positive direction!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A mix between both the salary for the title of the role as well as the amazing medical benefits! Plus it definitely helps that they try to make sure we all at least get 2 weeks on top of the "Holidays" both public and private.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency, capability to still fail fast as we grow exponentially, and overall direction we are headed in! Plus, the Benefits are 100!!! To be honest, my wife wont let me leave because of them even if I wanted to, lol. So I guess it's glad I am firmly onboard and excited for the future!
