the feeling of you own the process, my team put so much trust that they leave me be and if I need assistance they are always there ready to jump in a call to help

It's a healthy and mature work environment. You can work hybrid or remote and flexible working hours. I'm happiest when I am able to challenge myself in my role. I have helped in a few positions that required variation from day to day and find new ways of doing things and be creative.
