Unless you are in management, your input is not taken seriously. On many instances, employees are micromanaged and overworked. Not to mention employees get assigned an overwhelming amount of responsibilities without proper training and are still expected to perform perfectly.

Clear communication, providing proper trainings, empathy, hiring appropriately, providing mental health resources for workers, advocating for employees (some are good at this), etc.

The health insurance plans provided are extremely expensive and do not have good coverage; Responsibilities continue to pile up without a pay increase; stocks for employees have been discussed but not implemented just yet... hopefully soon.
