My company asked me specifically what kind of clients I liked working for and then specifically sent me to the exact opposite of clients I have been struggling looking for work and I feel like they did this purposely and are laughing at me behind my back. I also have issues with them not submitting

I did not ever sign up for any of the benefits I had my own insurance I have my own retirement plan I didn't need to use any of the company's benefits I have my own benefits

If you are going to ask someone specifically what their skills are so you know where to place them at work then you need to follow through with it instead of putting them in the exact opposite of what they know how to work for.

I don't know what kind of changes need to be made because I'm for sure at this point right now the people that are running the company are well aware of what they're doing and it was my fault for joining such a bad company
