If you are going to ask someone specifically what their skills are so you know where to place them at work then you need to follow through with it instead of putting them in the exact opposite of what they know how to work for.

Communication, compassion, caring for clients and aides

Leadership needs to start caring about the infrastructure and how to improve day to day processes between departments and focus on the inner workings. This company is concerned about appearances, company culture is not positive despite their embarrassing tries to show diversity and inclusion.

Leadership needs to focus on the inner processes and streamlining it across the board. Place more focus on communication and training and the inner workings of the office employees before trying to create a culture of recognition and gratitude though inner company social media that excludes.

Acknowledge their current strategies are not working in favor of the employees.
