everyone get along and knows their job. There is not back stabbing or bickering
That it is not fast fast. It is just the right pace. Too fast would mean more mistakes
That they make sure you can do the job. If you cant then you are a waste of time and money for the company
I deliver to a lot of repeat customers and getting to know them makes me stand out, so next time they need a carrier they will remember me and fedex first
i had a health scare and was unable to drive for about 6 months. Management could have fired me but they did not. They worked with me until I was able to work again. I will never forget this and FedEx will always have my loyality
