Very flexible
How helpful was your Executive team when you were first hired at FireEye, Inc.?
Not helpful at all. No involvement in new hire and interaction with new employees.
What's the work from home policy like at FireEye, Inc.?
Depends on the manager. Most are very accommodating and will allow work from home a couple times a week. Also, there are several folks on my team that work remotely 100% of the time.
How's the vacation policy at FireEye, Inc.?
Very good. There is flex time off so you can take time off anytime your manager is OK with it. How good your manager is will vary, but good ones I have found try to take a balance between allowing you as much off as possible while still being fair to everyone else.
