It has been a very negative experience for me. We are dealing with peoples lives and we are constantly asked to do more and more and if you do anything wrong you are written up and too many write-ups and you don't get a raise that year.

The best thing about our team is that we all work together. We put the patients first and always help each other out.

In my opinion, since our company is so big, the leadership team is non-existent. It's more about what you see on paper not in person.

How they made the job sound like we were all a family. Of course that is only to get you in for the truth is totally different.

Too many times it's all about who is to blame in a given situation instead of trying to solve the problem and help prevent it from happening again.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
It is my opinion that first, we need to work together as far as the administration with the staff. Staff feels like the administration gets a bonus for writing up the staff for any infraction no matter how little it may be. All while trying to make you go faster and do more in a 14 hour day!
