What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I feel that everything is predicated on you beening a RN so when I'm beening interview it by a 2 year degree RN and I have a EMBA AND MBA with a healthcare management so I feel like that person not qualified to hold that interview and tell me that I am not qualified for a job

I have a manager who works towards the success of her employees and strives to manage the clinic in the manner that the patients and employees will succeed.
