Thy just want it to see if your easy to manipulate or scared.

Tell them the truth about the job requirements upfront.

Stop the nepatism with family members workiing that arnt qualified

I feel that everything is predicated on you beening a RN so when I'm beening interview it by a 2 year degree RN and I have a EMBA AND MBA with a healthcare management so I feel like that person not qualified to hold that interview and tell me that I am not qualified for a job
