What does the leadership team need to get better at?

No integrity. Very Dishonest. Blames ataff instead of themselves

Listening. And try tounderstand the magnitud and delicated job we do on the floor every day.

Stop playing favorite and actually pay your people who work what they are worth

Understanding what the needs are at the clinic level.

Treating all employees with respect.

Replace him. Our manager appears to make 100% of decisions about our clinic based on how it affects his pay and what work it will/won't create for him. He is only friendly when it works in his best interest.

More recognition needed for employees.

Make less pay us more

Everything. They dont care about you or your home life as long as the job gets done and will hound you and whine with what they need
