My team was innovative and supportive of each other. The group fostered teamwork through mentoring and collaboration. This was not appreciated by our Director of Operations

I worked with some really great people who would show up for work and do their job every day. We supported one another and helped each other out.

They are skilled and qualified. They are motivated until the corporate treatment of them discourages them, and then we have to deal with their malaise until they find another job. The turnover is terrible. We are losing great talent and it would be so easy to keep them.
