  • Great communicator but too high up to really see & do anything about people at lower/lowest levels

  • I can't speak for other people but I feel like he communicates often and well.

  • The exec team seems to get along quite well and is accessible to all levels. Wadsworth has a long tenure, knows where all he bodies are buried and has a realistic vision for the challenges facing a legacy media company.

  • Break into smaller task force teams that operate as start ups

  • The culture was great when the company first split, then HR took over + lots of missed wins have created negativity. Be strategic as a company and genuine in communications.

  • Right now it’s not great. At split, there was a lot of hope and optimism, but there are leaders in place who shouldn’t be (no real experience or proven success in their role, CEO is absent), industry is in tough times and the company isn’t transitioning fast enough or making the right moves, revenue is tanking and rather than fix the issue...budgets/resources constantly get cut.

  • It really depends on the division you're hired into. There isn't a single culture or common work environment across the company.

  • Not sure they think about Admin at all, they do annual evaluations but it's merely an exercise. Raises are extremely rare in my experience, Admin Assistants are being phased out as an unnecessary expense.
