  • Very flexible. The biggest advantage being an employee.

  • In Research Business Operations, we're pretty flexible. Much of the team works in various locations (remote), so we interact virtually a lot. Most of us get to work from home a couple of days per week. Traffic is really bad in CT, so there's also an understanding and flexibility for arrival and departure time.

  • Not much going on. Managers communicate that everything is hunky-dory. At the end of the year they present you a 50 point list with all the things you did wrong throughout the year.
