Being that I am fairly new I can only address the fact that my supervisor & manager are great teachers.
With exception of 1 member, I believe the team works together. We absolutely need communication between manager, supervisor & team. not on same page
Able to work remotely, affords me to travel anywhere any still allows me to get my work done. Also flexible working hours. I typically work between 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. often starting earlier
No idea - We all work from home. Most everything is based on the recriters, salespeople & volume. These folks receive all the perks and attention; while the majority of the company keeps the company functioning
