The last year has seen a drastic lack of accountability and compassion from senior leaders who are arrogant, inconsistent and inexperienced. The rhetoric of becoming a top quartile company would carry more weight if they led by example

Inexperienced leaders bringing in endless consultants to "improve perfotmance" means no one knows what they're doing. Poor decision making

The job is ok, but the culture is disgusting! They proclaim inclusivity only because you don't work there, but internally they are horrible people, cliquey environment and willing to throw you under the bus for an actual hi-five and a fake friendship. Moneys good, but this place is a wolves den!
