Manager thankfully resigned but the ET is all about the process
Communication, respect and trust - there's a lot of VP but a very hierarchical top down approach
My package is not good, as policy the company will pay long service award but they manipulate to not compensate it for me
Can buy extra holiday every November
Simply put, if the company can turn down a 50 billion dollar acquisition, then they can afford to pay more to people busting their hump for a 12 hour shift!
Not competitive pay, lack of opportunity based on location and inconsistent management

Motivation and expertise. Willingness to learn from others
Communication, inclusivity, professionalism, verbiage, dialogue and personal space. Most people just want to survive 12hr shifts, not take coworkers home and become family. Coworkers need to learn that everyone is not hires to be friends, but were hired to do a job and go home.

Friendships, cliques, boundaries, professionalism, stop hiring kids fresh out of college because they make the environment hostile, willingness to help others learn and grow and most importantly communication
Change in management and more joined up thinking on changes. Decent pipeline would help
Empower all those VPs, stop hiring people in senior positions because their friends with SVP.
They make you feel like you got what they're looking for and when you get Onboarding complete, your past experiences are a joke to them
Add in assessments re personality and culture fit

Peace and quiet! Not having to tell everyone my daily life story just to be considered a good worker as apposed to my willingness to work hard
Clueless leaders, weak management and poor pipeline
Top down, mistrustful senior leaders - assume they know everything and others are idiots.
