GlaxoSmithKline – The job is ok, but the culture is disgusting! They proclaim inclusivity only because you don't work there, but internally they are horrible people, cliquey environment and willing to throw you under the bus for an actual hi-five and a fake friendship. What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They make you feel like you got what they're looking for and when you get Onboarding complete, your past experiences are a joke to them

What makes you most happy at work?

Peace and quiet! Not having to tell everyone my daily life story just to be considered a good worker as apposed to my willingness to work hard

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Friendships, cliques, boundaries, professionalism, stop hiring kids fresh out of college because they make the environment hostile, willingness to help others learn and grow and most importantly communication

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Simply put, if the company can turn down a 50 billion dollar acquisition, then they can afford to pay more to people busting their hump for a 12 hour shift!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication, inclusivity, professionalism, verbiage, dialogue and personal space. Most people just want to survive 12hr shifts, not take coworkers home and become family. Coworkers need to learn that everyone is not hires to be friends, but were hired to do a job and go home.
