Everyone truly believes that we can deliver on our audacious goals. That's infectious, and helps drive an overall positive view of the work we do.

They are very open about our goals, which allows us as a team to rally around them and understand the bigger picture that our work enables.

Our pay is still on the lower end of market value. Denver is now the most expensive non-coastal housing market in the US. This makes compensation a bigger hurdle to hiring.

Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and technically competent. In my experience, it's hard to find all 3 of those things in a lot of places. They challenge me to grow every day, which keeps me interested.

The discretionary time off policy and the employee stock grants are the best things about the comp package. The stock program especially is a way to make every employee a stakeholder, which leads to more involvement and more investment from the staff.

Collaboration and understanding are the name of the game. At least on my team, there are no big egos standing in the way. We all simply want to deliver the best product possible and do anything in our means to deliver on that.

We constantly challenge ourselves and don't rest on our laurels. Lots of companies say they want to challenge the status quo, but we actually do it. I get bored when I don't have that chance for growth, so this is a huge benefit for me personally.

The leadership team is open and transparent - with both good and bad news. That's important as it helps give us a clear view of what we're doing, where we're going, and any corrective action we can take. It helps rally the team around common goals to achieve big things.
