Overall it has been great. However, the C-level team is beginning to ruin the experience by bringing much of the toxicity, finger pointing, and negative attitudes that they cultivated in our former Chicago office. Trust more, and verify less because we are good at what we do.

Collaborative, smart and caring. Best teams I've ever worked with. However, the overwhelming amount of work the company is taking on right now because the CEO isn't good may end up reducing the quality of the people working here.

The CEO adds zero value to the executive team. He only has the position because he invested hundreds of millions into the company decades ago. He is slowly but surely destroying the positive culture that has been built throughout the years.
