My overall experience is that I feel so cared for and valued, but not always challenged. I don't interact with enough people on a daily basis which makes it hard for me to feel excited at times. I love Gogo's values but wish I felt more fulfilled.

I am most happy when I have a balance of feeling a little bit of pressure with things to do, but also not to the point of stress feeling like I won't be able to achieve it. I feel most happy when I interact with people regularly.
Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?
I think that having events like PI planning really help make the culture great by getting to see coworkers. Having more events like that or catered lunches would help bring more people into the office regularly. I also think for people to feel united and valued, giving more swag would help.
