Overall Goldin is a one of a kind place to work at. We offer things that other places of employment can not. It has been a blast, I have learned so much and look forward to being a lifer. I do believe some of the funds could be used to bolster salaries.

All of the teams are very family oriented, there is all respect and very little jealousy in this type of environment.

They are not afraid to take risks on promotions, they are very Employee oriented, and they care more then just about results at times.

The culture is one of a family and it makes you want to work hard for the person on the left and right of you.

Being able to assist customers in the most efficient way possible. Implementing new features and constantly coaching and striving to be better is what makes me happy. Effecting each person in positive manners while being compensated properly is a dream.

I feel as though I am valued, but in comparison to the market in 2022 we are severely underpaid. Just a few jobs that make more then us 1: Cashier at Target 2: Stocker at shoprite 3: Warehouse/labor work 4 : Starbucks supervisor = 14 k more a year then CS Supervisor.
