I don't feel as if Im just another number in the system, the company goes above and beyond with doing what they can to bring everyone together and let their employees know they are doing a good job.
The most lovely thing about the culture here is that we have a leadership team's style is from a a bottom-up approach and informed largely by employee feedback. Everyone doesn't take things too seriously and makes the environment a nice place to work.
The events posted by the office manager. They are incredibly fun team building exercises that allow us to get to know people in other departments we don't have time to get to know on a daily basis while doing our daily jobs.

Leadership being willing to involve lower level staff in their discussions and decisions. It goes a long way when someone has the ability to share their thoughts and felings with leaders. I see and hear them feel encouraged for days after having their voice heard.

The company culture here at Goldin is one where we work hard and play hard. There are many times that we are sprinting to get a project done, but also many times we are cracking open a beer and chatting at a work facilitated event to hang out and get to know each other.
A lot of opportunities for team building. Very much an open-door policy.
