What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all seem to have a level of excitement for the products and love of the hobby that matches one another
I don't feel as if Im just another number in the system, the company goes above and beyond with doing what they can to bring everyone together and let their employees know they are doing a good job.
The most lovely thing about the culture here is that we have a leadership team's style is from a a bottom-up approach and informed largely by employee feedback. Everyone doesn't take things too seriously and makes the environment a nice place to work.
The events posted by the office manager. They are incredibly fun team building exercises that allow us to get to know people in other departments we don't have time to get to know on a daily basis while doing our daily jobs.

Leadership being willing to involve lower level staff in their discussions and decisions. It goes a long way when someone has the ability to share their thoughts and felings with leaders. I see and hear them feel encouraged for days after having their voice heard.

The company is very good at creating a fun culture. There are often outings and events that allow us to get to know each other better outside of work. Doing so helps create a more collaborative work environment.

Given the cross-functional nature of the business, the people who work at HQ are constantly interacting, thereby strengthening their relationships.

We pretty much all like each other on a personal level and that is really rare.
The employees. Everyone is generally really friendly. No one is trying to be disrespectful to one another and everyone is supportive of one another's interests.
The culture is one of a family and it makes you want to work hard for the person on the left and right of you.

I have made, what I think, are life long friends. Our jobs are tough. We lean and confide in each other.
The most positive aspect of the culture at Goldin is that everyone understands how busy one another is and the challenges they face. This brings a level of empathy and caring that is exuded by most of the team. Not all, but most!

The company culture here at Goldin is one where we work hard and play hard. There are many times that we are sprinting to get a project done, but also many times we are cracking open a beer and chatting at a work facilitated event to hang out and get to know each other.
A lot of opportunities for team building. Very much an open-door policy.
