Everyone is friendly and helpful! Open to suggestions to make the workplace run at its best.
Transparency and trust are two of the biggest things I value at this company. I'm never left in the dark or confused on direction of a project or company goals as a whole.
No big egos, everything is a "one team" mentality
The exec team receives feedback and takes action. They are transparent about company changes. The exec team is made up of people I feel comfortable approaching if I have a question or concern. I feel empowered by the exec team. I have grown in my position because of management.
This is hard to answer.
Showing appreciation for employees through written and verbal acknowledgements. Get rid of all of the food Fridays and all hands snacks, save that money for bonuses for employees. Employees need to feel valued and cared for by leaders
Review from Operations Dept
Setting realistic goals and expectations, and enforcing deadlines, allowing for better work/home balance and helping mental health.
Review from Operations Dept
Communication needs to improve because right now there is not enough incentive for us to work with the lack of direction
Review from Operations Dept
Hold every department equally accountable and focus on solutions not the problems.

unlimited paid time off if approved by manager
The health care offered had some of the lowest deductibles and premiums. The coverage also applied to a vast array of doctors. You are paid if you go to the gym (self care).
Fair comp and benefits plan
In this day and time the benefit package that is offered is almost unheard of in the job market. We pay next to nothing for amazing medical, dental, and vision coverage. In addition to the constant parade of employee enrichment offered throughout the year.
I still have to sign up for the 401k plan but once I can remember to do that, it'll be that haha
Review from Operations Dept
I do not feel undervalued. I believe the 401k could be more competitive with company matching. And the Cost of Health Benefits is much higher since the Collectors have taken control.
I have lower wage than others under my broader team, when we are a smaller team with a more specialized skill. We also pick up and fix mistakes made by team members getting paid more than us. Our jobs are not easy, it's very specialized and detailed, and that goes completely unnoticed by executives
Review from Operations Dept
I feel like with me with holding a degree in management I should be paid more.
Woman make less than men. People at the company longer are paid less than new employees. No bonuses or financial compensation for good work.
Review from Operations Dept
The undervalued almost exclusively stems from a lack of opportunity to earn equity at Goldin, when Collectors seems to have more standard options for this. I believe equity is a reward for people who take increased responsibility, and an incentive to align individuals' interests with the company.

Team work! everyone cooperates with one another.
My team was thoughtfully put together and because of that we all work together seamlessly which allows each of us to put our best work out there. Together we all elevate the final product and it's a very rewarding process, both individually and as a team.
collaboration, teamwork, transparency and no egos
I love getting to interact with anyone of my coworkers. We all do different roles which makes the interactions so enjoyable. Everyone is friendly and I feel supported. I have become closest with, outside my own team, an editor, consignment manager, visual designer and shipment manager.
My team helps each other out, as well as other departments, and tries their hardest to keep up with the ever increasing workload.
Review from Operations Dept
I feel like some of my co workers are extremely rude. We're all overwhelmed but the attitude is never called for. I bring forth my best attitude and expect the same in return.
Some departments need more direction from the top and to be held more accountable than others.
Review from Operations Dept
We all seem to have a level of excitement for the products and love of the hobby that matches one another
I don't feel as if Im just another number in the system, the company goes above and beyond with doing what they can to bring everyone together and let their employees know they are doing a good job.
The most lovely thing about the culture here is that we have a leadership team's style is from a a bottom-up approach and informed largely by employee feedback. Everyone doesn't take things too seriously and makes the environment a nice place to work.
The events posted by the office manager. They are incredibly fun team building exercises that allow us to get to know people in other departments we don't have time to get to know on a daily basis while doing our daily jobs.
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership being willing to involve lower level staff in their discussions and decisions. It goes a long way when someone has the ability to share their thoughts and felings with leaders. I see and hear them feel encouraged for days after having their voice heard.

Coworkers need to bring better attitudes to the table.
Open conversation. Both sides honest and upbeat.

The job is constantly changing... there is always something different to see.
Working in a creative field, being able to try new things and pitch ideas without the fear of criticism is huge. I love being able to experiment with new looks/techniques and knowing my superiors have my back and I can rely on them for honest and constructive feedback.
The people I interact with and getting to see (in my case) the engineers I work with faces each day. I always like to smile and laugh in a workday and can honestly say I do that. Above all thought, I love the actual work I'm doing. I feel like what I do is making a positive impact for the company.
I love being challenged to solve a difficult problem that will help our customers have a better experience. It's even better when my work helps the customer and our staff at the same time. Pushing the boundaries on new ideas is an area that I want to spend more time pursing in the next 6 months.
Review from Operations Dept
I'm most happy at work when my team completes a project in which each person contributes and feels valued.
Demanding too much of employees
Review from Operations Dept
We need better turn-around time and better communication.
Sticking to deadlines set. Not burning out employees that are working as hard and fast as they can to get the auctions up and running.
Review from Operations Dept
- Better compensation - More incentives for growing and scaling the business - More human capital resources for certain teams - Better communication within the company
Goldin is trying to do too much too fast and there is a culture of fear and chaos.
Review from Operations Dept
Some of the procedures need to be communicated and fine tuned.
