Since joining the Goldin team I've had no "buyers remorse." The transition in was as headache free as possible and there was a ton of support along the way. This company has put me in the position to do the best work that I can and to make a difference that can be seen each day.

When I started, I was immediately greeted by the kindest people. I never felt afraid to ask a question. In a first meeting I had I remember a coworker saying, that something I said, was a good point. That simple sentence made me feel like my ideas were valued. I have felt that way since I started.
My direct coworkers are great and make the work day enjoyable, but the work demand is becoming more and more and people are feeling wildly stressed and overwhelmed trying to still put our best work forward. We're exhausted and burnt out.
