What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone is friendly and helpful! Open to suggestions to make the workplace run at its best.

Transparency and trust are two of the biggest things I value at this company. I'm never left in the dark or confused on direction of a project or company goals as a whole.

No big egos, everything is a "one team" mentality

The exec team receives feedback and takes action. They are transparent about company changes. The exec team is made up of people I feel comfortable approaching if I have a question or concern. I feel empowered by the exec team. I have grown in my position because of management.

This is hard to answer.

I see a lot of internal folks being rewarded for great work with advancement within the company. It encourages me and makes me feel happy for my coworkers. The leadership team has a great vision for where the company needs to grow, and how to skip some short term problems to focus on long-term goals

I like that the leadership team consistently asks for feedback and routinely uses the feedback to improve the company.

The support and the values. If you need personal time for any reason just ask. If you need additional resources for work, just ask. As long as you work hard and are honest this job can fit with any situation anyone may be going through. Supportive Leadership makes all the difference in a work place.

Passionate about the goals of the company and growth

They make an effort to communicate to each other, which can be hard due to different departments and hierarchy. We work together cross-functionally, which makes completing tasks easier

They are open to suggestions.. if you have an issue, they are open to hearing you out in a professional way.

How they embrace and recognize their employees to build One Team

I like that they value family-life work balance as well as they understand the value of taking time off and promote it. No one makes you feel bad about taking care of your daily life so that you can re-gain focus.

They are not afraid to take risks on promotions, they are very Employee oriented, and they care more then just about results at times.

They are Approachable and Collaborative

They value me and my input as an employee. They are easily accessible, listen, help resolve issues, and work to make the company better.

Good, smart people who know their areas of expertise well. Hard workers who don't shirk responsibility.

The leadership team is very approachable and has an open door policy.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Showing appreciation for employees through written and verbal acknowledgements. Get rid of all of the food Fridays and all hands snacks, save that money for bonuses for employees. Employees need to feel valued and cared for by leaders
