Team work! everyone cooperates with one another.

My team was thoughtfully put together and because of that we all work together seamlessly which allows each of us to put our best work out there. Together we all elevate the final product and it's a very rewarding process, both individually and as a team.

I love getting to interact with anyone of my coworkers. We all do different roles which makes the interactions so enjoyable. Everyone is friendly and I feel supported. I have become closest with, outside my own team, an editor, consignment manager, visual designer and shipment manager.

My team helps each other out, as well as other departments, and tries their hardest to keep up with the ever increasing workload.

Everyone works really hard to do what is best for Goldin and our customers. People take pride in their work and they want to do a good job because they care about the hobby. Many suggest ideas to improve different areas of the business, even if they are not directly involved.

All of the teams are very family oriented, there is all respect and very little jealousy in this type of environment.

I consider many of my co-workers friends. We work in a high pressure intense environment. Its nice having colleagues who are on the same page working towards the same goal. I can lean on many of colleagues, and they can lean on me.

I love their passion for the hobby and their tireless effort on helping one another. My coworkers appreciate and empathize with how much is on each other's plates.

How connected we are and the way we help each other.

I feel like some of my co workers are extremely rude. We're all overwhelmed but the attitude is never called for. I bring forth my best attitude and expect the same in return.

Some departments need more direction from the top and to be held more accountable than others.
