I love what I do and I am lucky to have such an inspiring team to work with. However, I do worry about the health of the company as we appear to be losing customers more often that we should be.

Our team is smart, forward thinking, efficient and transparent. In addition they are empathetic to both customers and colleagues.

There are other groups within our department that have similar roles and the salaries are vastly different. There needs to be a role and comp review.

My team and the work we do. We are a vital part of the companies growth and it feels good to know we are making a difference.

The ERG;s and the programs/trainings that come as a result of them. Mission Possible is a vital part of this company as well. These organizations should be a source of pride for LMI, they certainly are for me.
